Horrible app for providers using Android device. Multiple times won't show my messages unless I rotate to landscape and back to portrait. Often times won't show me what I'm typing. Random notifications from chats months ago. I'm extremely disappointed in this app.

Doesn't notify when messages come across. Doesn't get new messages when in the chat. Terrible and keeping me from getting critical messages. I have a Note4

Now working. Also able to chat.

New update notes New ring tones. Most should be phone call ring tones they aren't pager appropriate. I can't see the text when I type or reply to messages so it's time consuming to use and then edit. And I cannot start a chat without the ap failing.

It has a lag period of at least 30 seconds just to open. Not very useful in terms of features either.
